Straight from the tank: vibrant, crunchy gamay from the hills of Vauxrenard.

Isabelle and Bruno Perraud farm the Côtes de la Molière in northern Beaujolais. Brute de Cuve is their release-day wine. It’s fermented semi-carbonic and bottled raw and young, as the name says.
It comes in limited numbers once a year, and when the bottles are gone, that’s the vintage.
Aroma: strawberry, violet, fresh crushed grapes
Palate: juicy, bright, a touch of grip
