A rosé bottled just three weeks after harvest — light, fresh, and alive. Made by Marcel Mäsiar from a field blend of red varieties on the travertine slopes of Levice in southern Slovakia.

Marcel Mäsiar farms 1.5 hectares of south-facing vineyards on the Kožár site in Levice, where travertine in the subsoil and loamy clay on the surface give the wines a distinctive mineral character. The Twine Rosé is his most immediate wine — hand-harvested in October, directly pressed without skin contact, left to settle on its fine lees, and bottled without added sulphites just three weeks later. 330 bottles. Aged in stone cellars.
The idea is simple: drink it cold, drink it soon, enjoy it while it's still buzzing with youth.
