Fabrice Sarnin and Jean-Marie Berrux are better known for their Burgundy. Every autumn they turn to Beaujolais gamay for this year’s first pour. It’s bottled weeks after harvest to catch the fruit at its loudest.

Only a small allocation came to Amsterdam, and Nouveau doesn’t get restocked. Once it’s gone, it’s gone until November '27!
