Domaine Matassa

Welcome to Domaine Matassa, the soulful heart of natural wine in Roussillon. Founded by Tom Lubbe, Matassa is known for bright, elegant, low-intervention wines made from old vines on schist and limestone soils. Light, energetic, and quietly complex — these are bottles that change people’s minds about what wine can be.

Whether you’re new to natural wine or already a Matassa devotee, this collection is here to guide you. Fresh whites, delicate reds, and iconic cuvées — all organically farmed, all made with zero additives, all unmistakably Matassa.

A warm introduction to one of Europe’s most inspiring winemakers.
