Marcel Mäsiar's Kožár vineyard was planted in 2018 on south-facing travertine and loamy clay soils in Levice. The Sauvignon Blanc is hand-harvested at full ripeness in September, given one day of skin contact, then bottled as a pét-nat to capture the natural bubbles in bottle. 265 bottles made, crown-capped, dry.
