The 2024 comes from 40-year-old Listán Negro vines in La Orotava, one of Tenerife’s most celebrated wine valleys, at 200 metres on poor volcanic soils with a remarkable yield of just 300kg\/ha. Hand-harvested in late September in 20kg crates, fermented spontaneously in open 225 and 300-litre barrels with indigenous yeasts, then moved to barrel for 12 months before cold stabilisation and bottling. 11.5% alcohol, 1,500 bottles made.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eA wine that travels.
